1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use pmelp.pt and temporary PMELP preview domains (the “website”). By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
The website is operated by PMELP – Soluções Digitais e Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Unipessoal Lda, NIPC 516 039 652, with registered office at Rua dos Amores, Lote 6, R/C Esq., 6300-811 Guarda, Portugal.
2. Website purpose
The website presents PMELP, its capabilities and selected products or concepts in development. Its content is general information, not legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice.
References such as “coming”, “in development” or product previews are not offers, release commitments, warranties or guaranteed delivery dates. Features, names, availability and positioning may change before launch.
3. Services and proposals
The website itself does not currently provide checkout, subscriptions, accounts or online contracting. A PMELP service starts only when the parties accept a proposal, statement of work or other agreement. That agreement governs scope, price, timing, ownership, support, data protection and liability for the service. If it conflicts with these website terms, the specific agreement prevails.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website's design, copy, graphics, code, wordmarks and other original material are owned by or licensed to PMELP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the website and make a reasonable personal or internal-business copy. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, scrape at scale, remove notices from, or create misleading derivative uses of the content without permission or another lawful basis.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation, transmit harmful code, impersonate another person, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
6. Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. PMELP may change, suspend or remove content without notice. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every item is complete, current or error-free.
Links to third-party websites are provided for context or convenience. PMELP does not control their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
7. Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMELP is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or rights that mandatory consumer law protects.
You are responsible for using appropriate security controls and for assessing whether any information, service or future product suits your needs.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Our RGPD / GDPR overview describes the current website's privacy baseline.
9. Law and disputes
These website terms are governed by Portuguese law. Subject to mandatory consumer or jurisdiction rules, the Portuguese courts have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website. If you contract with PMELP as a consumer, any mandatory rights and alternative dispute-resolution information supplied for that contract remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision is subject to the revised terms.
Questions or requests for permission can be sent to mail@pmelp.pt.
